About Us
Baila Beats is a dance academy that focuses on teaching, performing, and giving back to the community through charity work.
We teach different styles of dance with a focus on Afro-Latin dances and their cultural roots. We teach individual and partnering classes, with the the goal of creating an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone in the community. We accept and welcome everyone!
Mission
Our Mission is to promote a healthy, joyful, safe and inclusive environment in our classes where our students can have fun and feel comfortable learning.
Vision
We want to be an Academy where people feel comfortable and excited to learn different dance styles, using and organic approach in a safe space that fosters confidence. We look forward to promote a healthy and happy community through collaboration with other dance companies, instructors and organizations.
Purpose
We want to bring the many physical, emotional, and mental benefits of dance to people in our surrounding community. We wish to create a better world by accepting and enabling all to be a part of the dance community.

Baila Beats Academy promotes gender-neutral dance roles, to learn how to follow, lead or even switch (Liquid Leading). We look forward to giving everyone the skills needed to be comfortable in any role, and become a better dancer.
